Exclusive Stall

Here is one of our exclusive one horse run with stall and attached tack and storage room. The pen is all pipe construction and with proper spacing between pens so that the neighboring horse and its occupant can not get to each other and cause each other harm. The bottom of the pen is bedded completely with AgLime (crushed limestone). This keeps the pen free of mud and is easy to keep clean. The dimensions to this run are as follows. 20.5 feet in width by 85 feet in length and behind the run is 15.5 by 17 feet grooming and staging area which is fenced off and has a door between it and the run. Inside of this area is the tack-storage room which each of the pens have their own separate unit. These have a full concrete floor and have electrical outlets inside the units and water is just outside of them. These are fully enclosed and can be locked up to keep your tack and valuables safe. Some of our boarders have put in full seating, radios and other extras in their units. The tack room measurements are as follows 6'x8' and have dual door entrance and a venting window in the back. The full care boarding rates for these pens our $275 a month and feed and feeding is included in this rate.
